Born and raised in Italy, I came to China in 2010 for a 6-months study trip.

In the 14+ years I have lived in Shanghai, I have gone from student to employee to entrepreneur.

I am now the Founder and Managing Director of Bridge Consulting, the co-founder and Managing Partner of Global Impact Teams, a TEDx Speaker, a Mentor in the Shanghai MentorWalk, a keen reader, and an explorer of the Shanghai food scene.

With a cross-cultural degree from Italy and Chinese language and Economic studies at Fudan University, in addition to coaching and Organizational Development experience and training, I have extensive experience facilitating leadership, communication and team collaboration programs for managers and multinational C-suite executives.

My strength is creating and delivering customized, engaging and effective group and individual training and facilitated programs to help organizations, executives, and teams work effectively in complex global environments.

I am also a community leader: in 2018 I founded the Global Women Entrepreneur Network (G.W.E.N.), a learning and sharing community focused on helping women entrepreneurs improve their personal and business skills.

When I am not working, I am developing my passion for knitting, minimalism, food, movies, books and philosophical discussions with good friends.
